2. Types of data processed

The following personal data may be collected through this website:

• Data provided voluntarily by the user through the contact form: name, company/organisation, email address, area of interest and message content.
• Browsing data: the IT systems responsible for operating this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses, time of the request, information about the browser and operating system).

Processing is carried out using IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and through the adoption of appropriate security measures. Data collected through the contact form are retained for the time necessary to handle the request and, in the event of a subsequent contractual relationship, for its duration and for the applicable statutory periods. Browsing data are retained for the time strictly necessary for security purposes.

5. Data disclosure

Personal data are not sold to third parties or disseminated. They may be processed exclusively by personnel authorised by the Controller and by any technical service providers (e.g. hosting provider) appointed as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area, except with the safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.

6. Rights of the data subject

Pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR, data subjects have the right to obtain access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to the processing. Requests may be sent to mcl.consulting@legalmail.it.

Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali – www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Nature of data provision

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the contact form is necessary in order to respond to the request; failure to provide them makes it impossible to handle the request. Providing the other data is optional.
